Healthy and Quick Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese Recipe: High Protein, High Fiber


1-1/2 boxes chickpea pasta (I prefer Banza)

1/2 cup plant butter 

1/4 cup olive oil 

1/4 cup organic plain yogurt 

1/4 cup high protein milk (Fairlife) 

1 cup organic shredded Colby jack cheese 

1 cup organic shredded mozzarella cheese 

1 tablespoon organic garlic powder 

1/4 teaspoons paprika 

1/4 teaspoon parsley 

Salt and pepper 

Kid approved! Boil the pasta, drain, return to large pot. Add plant butter, olive oil, milk, cheese, yogurt, and seasoning. Turn the heat to LOW and stir for five minutes. If the heat is too high it will ruin everything.
