Kaci Baez

Kaci Baez has nearly twenty years of proven experience driving brand marketing growth and impact across the non-profit, for-profit, corporate, and agency sectors, including in global health and at renowned art museums, on national corporate brands, and at Ivy League universities.

Kaci began her career at age 19 at the Stephen C. O’ Connell Center at the University of Florida in the Business Office promoting major televised and ticketed events until she graduated magna cum laude from UF’s acclaimed College of Journalism and Communications with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and image management and an additional focus in business administration.

Kaci has award-winning experience in executive leadership; thought leadership; strategy; business growth; consulting; event marketing; lead generation; enterprise marketing; donor and audience cultivation, growth, and engagement; Board engagement; leading and developing teams; solving complex creative and analytical challenges; digital media; public relations; social media management; paid advertising; integrated omni-channel content strategy development and execution; websites; global campaigns; grants; analytics; writing; editing; design; and delivering impact.

An avid athlete and healthy eating advocate, Kaci is personally passionate about wellness and seeks to inform and inspire others through educational and motivational wellness and fitness content and writing. While Kaci’s business-focused work has reached millions, her personal content has also been viewed by nearly one million people.

Kaci has completed training and/or certifications in nonprofit leadership, social media management, comedic improv, barre and yoga teacher education, and MBA education. Her in-house and agency client leadership background, projects, and campaigns include: global health nonprofit BrightFocus Foundation; the Blanton Museum of Art; Reynolda House Museum of American Art; Reynolda Gardens of Wake Forest University; Yale Center for British Art; Yale University School of Medicine; national award-winning agency, Mullen Lowe Communications; CSX Corp.; the Wounded Warrior Project; and the Junior League.

Kaci is a longtime community volunteer and currently serves on the Board the Women Communicators of Austin and the Benini Foundation and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
