Healthy No Bake Gluten Free Protein Bites Recipe
1/2 cup gluten free oats
️1/4 cup chia seeds
️1/4 cup flaxseed
️1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
️1/4 cup raisins
️1/4 cup allergy friendly chocolate chips
️1/2 cup vanilla or berry plant protein powder
️1/4 cup peanut butter (no sugar added)
️ 1/4 cup almond butter (no sugar added)
️ 1/4 cup protein milk (Fairlife)
️ 1/4 cup unsweetened organic shredded coconut
️ 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
️ 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
️ 1 teaspoon stevia
️ 1 tablespoon stevia
Instructions: Mix everything together in a bowl really well until you can separate the blended ingredients into small rounded bites. Put in fridge for a few hours. Also tastes good when warmed up and served with yogurt. Healthy breakfast and snack recipe, not high in sugar or carbs. Yummy!
